The company is operating business of manufacturing “Street Light” and “Transmission & Distribution Line System Accessories which are Preforms, Cable Spacers and hardwares. Those products are under brand of “GUNKUL”, “GK”, ZIMLUG, “PIGMAN”, “TOPWELD” and “ZIMTAP” which basically are distributed by Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited and K.N.P Supply Co.,Ltd. Nowadays, the company has ß 200 million registered capitals.

The company is operating business of supply equipments for electrical system for government sectors. The company has strong experience to manage biding. Major customers that the company has earned great trust are Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) and Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). Now, the company has ß 50 million registered capitals.

G-Power Source Co., Ltd
G-Power Source (GPS), which has 1 million baht registered capitals, operates business of supply equipments for solar power plants and business of supply electric power generated from solar energy to Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). Establishing G-Power Source as Gunkul’s subsidiary is one of Gunkul’s business strategies to expand into renewable energy business.

Gunkul Powergen Co., Ltd

Gunkul Powergen Co., Ltd. (GPG), which has 100 million baht registered capitals , has been established in December 2009 to serve Gunkul Group’s strategy to expand into renewable energy business. The company is a power producer company which focuses mainly in sustainable resources such as wind and solar etc.

With a plan capacity up to 40MW of Solar Power Plant, its first Plant (3MW) is now under-construction and will be operated within 2010. Most of the Solar Power Plants are sized to have the capacity up to 10MW and be under Very Small Power Producer (VSPP) program from Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA).

And with the Group’s past reference project and experience, which considered being the first Mega-Watts Class Wind Turbine project in Thailand, the company also plans to build its first wind farm within upcoming years and now researching to collect all the necessary information to optimize the performance of the plant.
