EMERGE by GUNKUL Receives Outstanding Innovative Company Awards at the SET Awards 2025
Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited (GUNKUL) has been honored with the Outstanding Innovative Company Award at the SET Awards 2025 for its EMERGE power plant management platform, reinforcing the company’s innovation capabilities and its role in advancing Thailand’s energy infrastructure.
EMERGE is an Energy Management Platform designed to establish a new strategic role for GUNKUL as a Digital Infrastructure Enabler, supporting the liberalized energy era in which producers, consumers, and private entities can buy, sell, and manage energy with greater flexibility. The platform enhances efficiency across the energy value chain, from power plant operations to commercial energy systems.
Developed by GUNKUL’s Innovation unit in collaboration with multiple internal departments, EMERGE responds to current customer needs while aligning with future energy trends. The platform serves as a standardized system for data collection, visualization, and operational performance reporting across all sites. It significantly improves productivity, efficiency, and Operations & Maintenance planning, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and unified management across the network from large-scale solar farms to distributed commercial energy systems nationwide.
This achievement reflects GUNKUL’s strong innovation and R&D capabilities, as well as the company’s readiness to expand into Digital Infrastructure Management on a full scale, supporting the future development of Thailand’s energy sector.
